 Some health insurance policies will cover a portion of the cost of a wig in the case of chemotherapy or radiation therapy related hair loss. In order to file a claim for reimburement you will need to obtain a prescription or letter of medical neccessity from your Oncologist prior to purchasing a wig. Please check with your health insurance carrier for specific benefits and exclusions to your policy regarding your DME (Durable Medical Equipment) benefits for a wig. All wig purchases are to be paid for in full to Amy of Denmark by the customer regardless of any future insurance reimbursement unless a guarentee of payment is in place at the time of purchase. 

All sales are subject to Maryland State Sales Tax unless current proof of medical neccesity is provided.
